Whether you’re a homeowner or renter, or just have a busy schedule, we understand that many families are overwhelmed and overtasked in their everyday lives. Because of this the cleaning and upkeep of your home can sometimes be overlooked.

 

This is why we are pleased to offer this service to you. At the end of a long week coming home to a messy house can lead to unspoken frustration for many people. Let us help change that!

Cleaning Packages

"Keep It Basic" Cleaning Package

This "Keep It Basic" Cleaning Package includes an initial deep clean and Bi-weekly maintenance cleanings!

Please Note that the initial cleaning is a one-time service at a flat rate of $240 that will activate the Bi-weekly maintenance cleanings for only $120/without AutoPay or $110/ with AutoPay!

Important Package Information:

  • The first service provided in your home is an initial cleaning with a one-time fee of $240.

  • The subsequent cleanings for maintenance begin 1-month after the initial cleaning service for $120/month or $110/month with AutoPay.

  • The weekly/Bi-weekly maintenance cleanings are strictly limited to 1-hour cleanings per service.​

  • Cleaners will identify areas of the home in need of service and tackle those areas in the time allotted. 

  • Areas of maintenance may include: floors, kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, emptying trash, and washing dishes.

  • Items and areas of maintenance may be alternated each cleaning cycle.

This Package IS for you if:

  • You need a little help around the house.

  • You have a particular area of concern that needs only a 1-hour cleaning.

  • If you are in a 1-story home or apartment or in a 2-story home but only need particular areas cleaned.

This Package IS NOT for you if:

  • You are in a 2+ story home and want the entire house cleaned. 

  • You need a deep cleaning or decluttering service.

  • You have an excessive amount of knick knacks or decor. 

  • You only want once a month cleanings

"Keep It Basic" Package FAQS

Q:  Do I need an Initial Cleaning Service from Introducing Vicky to get monthly cleanings?​

A: Yes. The monthly maintenance cleanings require the initial cleaning service for $240.

Q: What if I live in a 2 or 3-story home but only need particular things cleaned?

A: Please see our Custom cleaning package

Q: If I live in a 2-story house, can I alternate each story each cleaning cycle?

A: Yes, if you have already purchased an initial cleaning for each story (Initial Cleaning Package $240).

Q:  Can I get this service if I live in a 2-story home but only need 1-story cleaned?​

A: Yes.

Q: How far do you travel

A: This service is ONLY offered for Cumberland County and the Immediate surrounding areas. (contact us to see if we service your area)

Floor Cleaning Service

This is a one-time cleaning service for hardwood, tile, and carpets! Please note that the prices for the flooring type vary. 

  • This service can be a one-time service or a recurring service on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.​

  • Depending on the type of flooring, we will sweep, steam mop, spot clean with shampooer, and vacuum.

  • Grout cleaning IS NOT automatically included, there is an additional service fee that ranges from $60 to $120 for grout cleaning. (This is a cleaning service not a grout bleaching service).

Important Information:

Hardwood Floors - $110 for up to 3 floors

  • Floors will be swept and mopped.​

Tile Floors - $110 for up to 3 floors

  • Floors will be swept and steam mopped.​

  • Grout cleaning is not included  but can be added starting at $60 per floor.

Carpet Flooring - $60 for up to 3 rooms + 2 stain treatments per room

  • Floors will be vacuumed and spot cleaned with shampooer​

  • Spots can be no larger than 12" x 12".

  • Stain treatments are for light to medium stains only.

  • Rug shampooing is not included, but can be added for $80 per carpet.

Floor Cleaning Service FAQS

Q: How far do you travel for flooring service 

 

A: We currently only offer this package for Cumberland County residence and businesses.

Q:  Can I mix and match my floors for the same price as 1 service?​

A: Yes, but you can only mix and match up to 3 floors. 

​

Q: Are hallways, mudrooms, small entryways, and stairs considered their own floor?

A: Yes. 

 

Q: Do you offer bi-weekly/monthly maintenance service for floors?

A: Yes. This can be discussed/ determined at the first cleaning.

Kitchen & Bathroom Package

This can be a one-time cleaning service or bi-weekly service. 

Important Information:

  • The first service provided in your home is an initial cleaning with a one-time fee (see pricing below).

  • The subsequent cleanings for maintenance may begin 2 weeks after the initial cleaning service for bi-weekly services or 30 days after for monthly services. (see pricing below).​

  • Kitchen + 1 Bathroom initial cleaning is $160, with recurring maintenance cleaning at only $115/per service with out AutoPay OR $110/per service with AutoPay.

  • Kitchen + 2 Bathrooms initial cleaning is $170, with recurring maintenance cleaning at only $135/perservice without Autopay OR $130/ with AutoPay.

  • Kitchen + 3 or more Bathrooms initial cleaning is $200, with recurring maintenance cleaning at only $160/per service without Autopay OR $155/ with AutoPay.

Kitchen Cleaning:

  • In the kitchen, all surfaces (cabinets, island, trash cans, large appliances, and countertop appliances) will be cleaned.

  • Window sills and interior side of windows will be cleaned. 

  • Area rugs will be shaken out and wiped off.

Bathroom Cleaning:

  • In the bathroom, all surfaces (vanity, lights, mirrors, glass, countertops, faucets, sinks, cabinets, toilet bowl inside and out, shower inside and out, all knobs will be cleaned.

  • Toilet bowl cleaner brush and paper holders will be cleaned

  • Vents and decor will be dusted

  • Floors will be swept and mopped. 

Kitchen & Bathroom Package FAQS

Q:  Does this package require an initial cleaning first?​

A: Yes. After the initial cleaning, the monthly or bi-weekly maintenance cleanings and rates are applicable.

Q: What if I have more than 1 bathroom but they all don't always need to be clean every time can I alternate bathrooms with each cleaning?

A: Yes. as long as you purchased an initial cleaning for each bathroom.

Custom Cleaning and Organizing Package

The client can make specific requests for areas to be cleaned or organized. This service is charged at $95 an hour with a minimum of a two-hour purchase.

Important Information:

  • ​Custom cleaning or organizing is for you if:

    • ​Multiple services are needed in a space such as organizing to clean a space.

    • You have spaces that are cleaned seasonally such as garages, basements, closets, or inside of cabinets.

    • Your catch-all room that needs to be decluttered or items unboxed and then the space cleaned. 

Deep/Custom Cleaning and Organizaing FAQS

Q:  Can I use the service for my entire house?​

A: Yes, you can use this for every space that requires multiple services in order to get the area cleaned

​

Q: How will I know how many hours I need to ask for?

A: Sometimes it is hard to determine how long it will take to do a space but one of our team members will come out and assess the space and give you an estimate for the space.

Q: What if it takes multiple days?
A: To ensure quality control and that our team is able to be consistent. We only schedule this type of work in six-hour increments. So anything over six hours will end up being scheduled for multiple days.

General Cleaning Service

Services are offered bi-weekly and monthly. Prices vary between $150-$250 depending on the size of the house, with a discount for AutoPay. Services billed without auto pay vary between $165 and $265

Important Information:

  • ​This service covers the cleaning of all living spaces inside your home.

  • Our team members use a checklist to ensure that nothing is overlooked.

  • This service generally takes between 1.5 - 3 hours, depending on the space.

  • This service requires a first-time initial cleaning, which has a separate fee not listed above (the fee for your initial cleaning normally doubles the price of whatever your regular cleaning fee will be which both fees will be determined after your initial walk-through.

  • After your initial cleaning, the regular cleaning fee will remain consistent.

General Cleaning Service FAQS

Q:  How will I know how much my cleaning will be​

A: Your price will be determined by the specifics of your home. I.e. number of bathrooms, amount of knickknacks needed to be cared for, etc.. One of our team members will come out prior to your cleaning, they will provide you with a checklist of items that will be cleaned in each space as they do an initial walk-through with you.

Q: What if my cleaning takes more than three hours to complete ?

A: Your initial cleaning may take longer  than the allotted time for these cleanings . But usually, after the first two or three cleanings, we are able to establish a pattern that allows us to move more quickly in your home, however. After this time period has passed and your regular cleanings still take longer than the hours initially quoted, we will reevaluate your cleaning and see if another package would be a better fit for you, such as our Cleaning and Organizing Package.

Move In/Out Cleaning Package

This is a standard clean for moving in and out. It is a one-time deeper cleaning package. This package starts at $450

​What's Included:

Move out/in cleanings

All rooms

  • Dust all walls, corners, ceiling

  • Wipe down all light switch plates

  • Sweep

  • Vacuum

  • Steam mop all floors

  • Clean base boards

  • Clean/dust light fixtures

  • Wipe down window ledges and on smudges on window interior

  • Wipe down front door and all doors in the home

  • Clean glass windows and or glass doors in front entryway

  • Dust all vents

  • Dust all walls wood working ,chair rails, board and batten 

  • Clean off/wipe down all light fixtures and light globes 

  • Clean/wipe off all fans

  • Wipe down hand rails

  • Wipe down all shelves in closets

  • Dust tops of door frame's.

  • Wipe off thermostat and smoke alarms

Kitchen

  • Dust wipe down all light fixtures

  • Wipe/clean dust off of window ledges and smudges on windows interior

  • Clean light plats.

  • Wipe down all baseboards

  • Spot clean walls

  • Sweep

  • Steam nap

  • Clean swipe out refidagetor

  • Clean top sides and front of refidagator

  • Clean under Refridageter if it's not labors to do

  • Clean inside stop and front of stove

  • Wipe out inside of all kitchen cabinets

  • Clean and wipe front of kitchen cabinets and knobs

  • Clean counter tops

  • Clean/wipe out sinks

  • Clean faucets

  • Wipe out pantry shelves and sweep floor

  • Wipe down pantry and closet doors:

  • Clean front of dish washer

  • Clean out side and in side of microwave

  • Clean stove vent

  • Clean backsplash

  • Clean kitchen island

Bathrooms

  • Clean in side sink

  • Clean vanity side front wood vanity will be polished

  • Clean vanity light globs

  • Clean mirrors

  • Wipe out vanity draws and under cabinets

  • Clean shower tub and tub surroundings.

  • Clean entire toilet and surrounding areas.

  • Dust vent exhaust fan 

  • Wipe down all bathroom fixtures i.e. Toilet paper holder paper towel holder etc…

  • Wipe down shower doors

  • Wipe down base boards

  • Wipe down doors and door knobs

  • Clean out inside of medicine cabinet

  • Steam mop

  • Sweep

  • Clean light switch plate

  • Wipe down/out lining closet and shelves
